說明：
一、依據「臺南市表揚各項學藝參賽優秀學生作業要點｣辦理。
二、活動申請(分兩階段)
(一)第一階段：對象為 114 年 5 月至 115 年 3 月間獲獎符合該要點表揚標準之學生。
(二)第二階段：對象為 115 年 4 月間獲獎符合該要點表揚標準之學生。
三、受理對象：本活動受理表揚學生包括本市公私立高級中等學校、國中、國小學生，表揚類別區分為「藝文競賽類」、「語文競賽類」、「數理競賽類」及「其他」。
四、表揚標準
(一)參加各類國際賽並獲得前六名，且該組別應有三國以上參賽者。
(二)參加中央各部會所舉辦全國性之各項競賽，獲得前三名或特優(或最高等級)，且該組別應有五縣市以上參賽者。
五、申請方式
若有符合以上資格之學生，請於 3/31(二)前填妥以下資料，送至活動組。
