(一)報名日期： 114 年 12 月 22 日上午 9 時至 115 年 1 月 19 日中午 12 時止。
(二)考試科目：所有系組僅採「審查資料」及「面試」。
(三)面試日期：由各學系自行訂定，請詳閱簡章分則規定。
