說明：
一、親子天下 2025 校園領導力工作坊將於 12/14 （日）下午 13:30~16:30 於親子天下 Club （臺北市中山區建國北路一段 126 號 5 樓）實體舉辦，以「校園衝突管理與法理情思維領導」為主題，旨在協助校園領導者有效應對衝突管理與親師溝通兩大實務難題，幫助校園領導者掌握以法為本、以理為據、以情為橋的領導思維，打造從對立走向對話、從攻防轉為共育的校園文化。
二、 2025 校園領導力工作坊關鍵議題包括：全台教師荒議題調查分享、【學校的法理情】法律思維與現場實務、【學校的衝突管理】校園組織領導與親師溝通等面向多元探討，白話解析校園中最常見的法律誤區，並透過多位校長的實務案例分享，提供具體可行的衝突應對策略與組織運作方法。
