親愛的家長您好：
為了關心孩子在學校的學習與生活適應情況，教育局自 110 學年度起，針對國小高年級與國中學生進行「心理感受問卷」線上測驗。
本問卷包含六大面向：課業學習、同儕關係、師生關係、親子關係、經濟生活及自我認同，目的是幫助學生透過填答進行自我覺察、反映情緒需求，同時協助學校了解學生的心理狀態，發現需要幫助的孩子，及早提供關懷與輔導，促進其健康成長。
此問卷由專業團隊設計，具備良好的信度與效度。問卷結果由專業團隊分析，提供學校據以規劃合適的輔導措施，以利友善校園的營造，讓每位學生都能健康快樂地成長。
