一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 114 年 10 月 9 日臺教國署體字第 1140106716 號函辦理。
二、國健署為貫徹菸害防制法之宗旨，規劃旨揭徵稿活動，期望透過網路媒介接觸青少年與年輕族群，落實菸害防制教育，並引起民眾對菸品危害的注意和重視，參賽作品將有機會獲選為菸盒警示圖文；活動徵稿期間自即日起至 114 年 10 月 31 日止，請協助運用多元管道宣傳周知，並鼓勵所屬同仁、學生踴躍參與。
