說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學 114 年 6 月 19 日師大進字第 1141016993 號函辦理。
二、旨揭認證將於 114 年 10 月 18 日(星期六)辦理，報名日期自 114 年 6 月 10 日(星期二)起至 8 月 1 日(星期一)止，請參閱附件報名簡章。
三、凡參加客家委員會 114 年客語能力各級認證，且於報名時【通訊地址】欄位填報「臺南市」者，通過認證後皆可申請獎勵，詳請參閱「臺南市 114 年客語能力認證獎勵計畫」。
四、另 19 歲以下報名者免收報名費用，超過 19 歲報名者酌收新臺幣 250 元報名費；客家委員會補助公教人員報名費，並對通過認證者訂有獎勵措施，相關獎勵措施、報名訊息請至「客語能力認證」網站(https://hakkaexam.hakka.gov.tw 查詢，惠請協助公告報名訊息與連結於貴單位網站。
