二、衛生福利部考量近年受氣候變遷影響全球氣溫偏高，若無適當防護措施任何人都有可能發生熱傷害，爰提供旨揭預防熱傷害衛教宣導素材，以強化高溫熱傷害整備防救能力及易受傷害族群之多元關懷措施與管道。
三、請依教職員工生或所屬人員分眾需求，運用該部製作之影片、單張、圖卡等素材，以及透過網站、社群媒體或其他管道，宣導個人防護做法與急救步驟；另請鼓勵運用「樂活氣象 APP」掌握預警資訊，並加強脆弱族群（含嬰幼童高齡者、慢性病者、服用藥物者、戶外活動者及過重者）之防範措施，例如：檢查調溫設備（如風扇、冷氣）與環境通風狀況，評估減少、調整或停止戶外課程與活動等。
