一、核釋公立學校教職員退休資遣撫卹條例第十三條第一項第六款規定如下：退撫新制實施後，師範校院學生依師範校院學生實習及服務辦法規定，經權責機關核准改分發至私立學校實習，實習期間占實習學校編制缺並比照正式教師核支薪給，實習期滿後經補實者，實習期間服務年資得於轉任公立學校教職員到職支薪之日起十年內，由服務學校向退撫基金管理機關申請補繳退撫基金費用本息。其應繳之退撫基金費用本息，由退撫基金管理機關依其任職年資及等級，對照同期間相同薪級教職員之繳費標準，換算複利終值總和，由申請補繳人一次全額補繳後，始得併計年資。
二、旨揭解釋令係針對改分發至私立學校實習之師範校院結業生補繳退撫基金費用之規範，已轉任公立學校教職員者，得於旨揭令發布之日起 10 年內申請補繳退撫基金費用；逾 3 個月後始申請者，應另加計利息。
