說明：
一、依據本局 114 年 3 月 10 日南市教專字第 1140354355 號函(諒達)辦理。
二、旨揭教案徵選分為國小低、中年級教師組、國小高年級教師組及國中組三組，
三、參加對象：國小組班級數 12 班以上、國中組 18 班以上學校，請務必至少報名一件作品參賽。（含現職、實習及代理教師）。
四、收件時間：至 114 年 5 月 30 日(星期五)止，以表單填寫時間為準，紙本資料最遲於 114 年 5 月 30 日中午 12:00 前寄出至白河區仙草實小，以郵戳為憑（送出後務必於三天內來電確認）。
五、收件地址：白河區仙草實小 黃介民老師 收（ 732 臺南市白河區仙草 22 號）。
六、檢送教案徵選暨分享觀摩研習實施計畫（如附件），請鼓勵所屬教師踴躍參加。
