一、依「高級中等以下學校辦理學生課外活動及輔導學生參加 校外營隊活動注意事項」規定，學校於寒暑假、國定例假日或課後期間，辦理課外活動時，
應注意下列事項：
(一)落實檢視課程內容安排、教學教材、活動期間各項設施 設備及服裝配備之妥適性。
(二)輔導管教應採取正向協助措施，並應遵守兒童權利公約 規定，以積極維護學生學習權、受教育權、身體自主權 及人格發展權。
二、另學校辦理戶外教育，除應依據「高級中等學校辦理戶外 教育實施原則」及「國民中小學辦理戶外教育實施原則」 規定辦理外，相關內容安排、學生
服裝配備及輔導管教措施之妥適性，亦請依前開說明內容檢視辦理。
三、前述課外活動及戶外教育應行注意事項，於學校委外辦理時亦同。
