一、依據本局 114 年 1 月 13 日南市教課(一)字第 1132618125 號函（諒達）辦理。
二、為利作品更加完善，爰延長收件日至 114 年 4 月 15 日。
三、旨揭實施計畫內容重點摘要如下：
(一)參加對象：本市公私立國民中學、國民小學(三~六年級)之學生個人創作。
(二)報名方式：線上報名(https://audition.doeco.com.tw/ 。參賽者登入『漫畫．慢話～為海洋發聲』四格漫畫徵選網站，填寫個人基本資料並設定帳戶密碼，完成註冊後，即可進入比賽頁面。
(三)獲獎名額：國小中年級入選 30 名，優選 2 名。國小高年級入選 40 名，優選 2 名。國中入選 30 名，優選 2 名。視實際參與情況彈性調整獲獎名額。
(四)獲獎公告：於本市戶外教育及海洋教育中心網頁及ＦＢ粉絲專頁公告。
