二、華美光學科技股份有限公司成立之觀光工廠「華美光學 eye 完視界」，前揭頒授觀光工廠標章時間為 111 年 3 月 11 日，
依觀光工廠輔導評鑑作業要點第 8 點規定，評鑑有效時間至 114 年 3 月 10 日止。
三、該公司未於期限內申請續期評鑑，爰「華美光學 eye 完視 界」自 114 年 3 月 11 日起喪失通過評鑑資格，除收回觀光工 廠標章、
不再懸掛於「華美光學 eye 完視界」廠區內之外， 並將廢止觀光遊樂地區「觀光工廠類」標誌牌面使用權及 路標。
