說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 114 年 3 月 24 日臺教國署國字第 1140027796 號函辦理。
二、為落實校園推廣全民健保教育，教育部國教署委託國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭計畫，徵求融入健康促進學校六大範疇推廣「珍惜健保聰明就醫」活動的實境影片，展現師生共同參與推廣校園多元化、特色化的健保教育成果。
三、旨揭計畫參加對象為各公私立國中小學，以「校」為單位，每校限一組；參選組員可為教師（含兼行政職教師；代理、代課或實習教師）、護理師、家長及學生，每組至少須包含一名現職教師；本市 113 學年度全民健保(含正確用藥)議題中心/種子學校請送件參選。
