一、依據「臺南市國民中小學戶外教育實施辦法」第 5 條第 1 項 及第 12 條辦理。
二、依據前開實施辦法第 5 條第 1 項略以：「學校辦理戶外教育 前，應擬具戶外教育計畫，並載明下列事項......」；第 12 條：「本辦法所需書表格式，
由主管機關另定之」。
三、旨揭計畫範本提供學校參用，撰寫後送學校戶外教育推動 小組審議後留校備查。
