一、旨揭活動報名請以學校為單位，隨文附「見光‧正念‧不放棄」台灣超人電影 500 場放映計畫 1 份，報名摘要如下：
(一)報名截止：即日起至 114 年 3 月 31 日。
(二)觀影日期可安排至 6 月底前：
１、平日上午(10 點至 12 點)。
２、平日下午(13 點至 16 點) 。
