一、為提升學生資訊科技素養，促進其知識與技能的學習與應 用，本大賽透過競賽機制，強化學生的資訊能力，並鼓勵 其以賽促學、以賽促用，進一步提升在數位
時代的競爭 力。
二、本大賽配合十二年國民教育課綱的實施，強調學生學習歷 程資料庫的建置與實作評量機制，藉此提升學生在資訊科 技與人工智慧領域的核心素養，培養符合未
來發展趨勢的 數位能力。
