二、旨案涉及選手權益，惠請轉知相關資訊：
(一)設籍桃園市 10 年以上之績優運動選手，於 104 年 1 月 1 日至 112 年 12 月 31 日期間所獲參賽成績如符合「桃園市績優運動選手就業輔導實施要點」規定，且具有高中(職)以上學歷，得提出就業輔導申請。
(二)本案自即日起受理申請至 114 年 4 月 30 日（星期三）止，有意願者請檢送申請表及相關文件親送或郵寄（郵戳為憑）至桃園市政府體育局（寄送地址：桃園市桃園區三民路一段 1 號），審查結果另函通知。
