一、課程目標：響應國家積極推動 2030 雙語政策，協助國家達成培育人才及促進產業與世界接軌的目標，特此籌辦設計「老師的英語課」專案課程，目的是協助第一線的國中小學校的老師具備執行全英語或雙語教學的英語能力。 透過學習者為中心的課程設計，以「課前預習、課中練習、課後複習」簡單但具備學理基礎的學習流程，幫助學習者達到以下課程目標：
(一)了解並熟悉教學過程中使用的常用英語語句及相關字彙
(二)能依照教學情境，使用自然且正確的英語
(三)提升使用英語進行教學的自信
