一、依據教育部 105 年 4 月 12 日臺教授國字第 1050042905 號函辦理。
二、教育部國教署邀集學者專家及國中小教師進行研商撰擬「國中小土壤液化補充教材」，提供教師教學參考。
三、全面性國中小土壤液化知識宣導，建議各校納入並結合例行之防災教育進行。
四、另相關社教館所，如國立自然科學博物館之 921 地震教育園區，已有地震或防災等實際操作體驗器材或設施，請各校將相關場館納入辦理戶外教育時之參考，使師生透過參訪，實際體驗操作，充實並深度了解地震、土壤液化及防災相關知識。
五、檢送「國中小土壤液化補充教材」（附件）乙份。
