臺南市市立高級中等以下學校及幼兒園教師出勤實施要點第十點修正規定
十、 代理教師之出勤管理，準用本要點規定辦理。
未兼任學校行政職務代理教師於學生寒暑假期間，除返校服務、進修研究等專業發展活動及配合災害防救所需之日外，得不 必到校。
前項所稱返校服務，指基於推動校務工作之需求，應返校參與、辦理或協助之事項；所稱進修研究，指從事與本職有關之學 習或研究活動。
第二項之返校服務日數，由學校視實際需要定之。
