說明：
一、《親子天下》針對國小五年級到國中九年級學生進行「過曝世代中小學生心理韌性調查」，真實揭露網路原生世代過度暴露在網路下成長的樣貌。原本青春期就有的矛盾本質，和網路社群環境互相加乘，讓這一代青少年更不快樂、更缺乏安全感、自我評價更低落。
二、當校園裡的兒少心理健康亮起紅燈，甚至浮上媒體版面，「心理韌性」將是穩定內在，從逆境與挫敗中復原與繼續成長的軟實力。本計畫將以心理韌性與情緒教育為主軸，期盼透過親子天下六月號季刊及相關版品或研習講座，在校園中創造相互交流討論的契機，讓情緒教育能真正落實於教學現場，協助師生打造 AI 世代必備的心理韌性。
三、敬邀 貴單位參酌附件：【過曝世代的心理韌性】教師共學專案計畫書，惠予 貴校在 108 課綱素養的教學範疇中，得以連結全球教育趨勢，並具體協助教育工作者轉換觀念及每日鍛鍊，進而養成升級版的耐挫力。
