說明：
一、為響應 4 月 23 日「世界閱讀日(World Book & Copyright Day)」之全球性閱讀盛事，鼓勵民眾培養閱讀習慣並深植於日常生活中，進而有效提升全民閱讀風氣，
推廣閱讀文化，本館規劃「大家一起『字說自畫』」閱讀心得創作活動，期望藉此鼓勵兒童、青少年及民眾透過閱讀，經由內化將自己閱讀後的想法、感想
轉化為圖或圖文創作與大家分享，讓閱讀不僅充實知識、豐富生活，更能發揮創作力與想像力。
二、旨揭活動辦理時間自即日起至 5 月 15 日止，於 5 月 15 日(星期三)前上傳活動資料，並完成收件程序者，即可參與活動抽獎。

三、歡迎學校班級參與本活動，於活動網站下載表單，填入班級學生參加活動資料，掃描學生作品及著作財產權同意書，利用「團體參加線上投稿」將該資料及
表單上傳，即可以班級方式參與活動。
四、檢附本活動實施計畫、活動海報、活動單、著作財產權授權同意書各一份，請卓參。
