二、旨揭多媒體線上動保教育資源，期引導民眾瞭解犬隻行為、絕育好處、不棄養及不傷害觀念，建構人與動物共同生活的友善環境。
三、行政院農委會補助社團法人台灣動物平權促進會製作之多媒體線上動物保護輔助教材，本教材網址為「我想了解牠 ，讓貓狗不再流浪」（http://www.taeanimal.org.tw/child-animal/）及「Happy Dog Happy People-人及浪犬安全互動線上遊戲動漫」（http://taeanimal.org.tw/dog-people/），為公開且無償運用，請納入相關教學使用。
四、另行政院農業委員會已建置「動物保護資訊網」(http://animal.coa.gov.tw/html/)，包括「法令天地」、「動保資源」(含動物保護宣導資料，如海報、摺頁等)、「認領養與協尋」(含如何教育犬貓行為、了解狗的行為狀況等內容)、「實驗動物」、「最新消息」等，並建置「全國推廣認領養動物平臺」(http://animal-adoption.coa.gov.tw/)，公布動物保護及認養收容相關訊息。
