一、本方案前經總處公開徵選由富邦產物保險股份有限公司(以下簡稱富邦產險公司)承作。本方案富邦產險公司原提供 24 小時電話投保服務，該公司基於非主要時段投保件數、人力評估與數位化發展等因素考量，自 113 年 1 月 1 日起電話專人投保服務時段調整為上午 8 時至晚上 9 時，晚上 9 時至翌日上午 8 時將改以語音機器人引導至該公司旅平險網路投保平台「旅遊小管家」進行線上自助投保。
二、有關本方案變更電話投保之服務方式等 DM 相關資訊，業已公告於總處全球資訊網(https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/ 最新消息、給與福利處「福利文康」區、公務福利 e 化平台及富邦產險公教員工旅遊平安卡網站(https://www.fubon.com/hwc ；洽詢電話： 0809-019-888 。
