一、 2023 年適逢台江建庄二百年，深具歷史意義，本局特商請紙風車劇團於安南區演出「台江紙風車幻想曲」，透過表演藝術活動，擴大民眾參與，凝聚在地認同。
二、演出資訊如下：
(一)活動名稱：台江紙風車幻想曲。
(二)時間： 2023 年 12 月 15 日(五)19 時 30 分開演，節目總長預計 70 分鐘。
(三)演出地點：臺南市安南區大安里公園對面停車場（臺南市安南區大慶路、義安街交叉口）。
