一、依據「高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育實施條例」辦理。
二、旨揭申請時間自 105 年 4 月 1 日（星期五）至 4 月 30 日（星期六）止，請貴校公告於學校網頁並注意收件截止時間。
三、另有關非學校型態實驗教育學生辦理轉學時，請轉出學校函報本局並副知轉入學校，俾利該校辦理後續事宜。
四、有關本市非學校型態實驗教育相關訊息，請至本市非學校型態實驗教育網站（http://nonschool.tn.edu.tw/）參閱。
