說明：
一、本校為協助成績優異、有心向學，而資源欠缺之學子，規 劃每年濟助十位學生，國高中生每學年至多共十位，十年 百位，提供全額獎學金（學費、食宿或交通費用等）。
二、受助學生，未來進入社會，需誓為他人付出，為國家盡 忠、社會盡力、對父母盡孝，並於行有餘力，積極回饋社 會，歡迎各校舉薦並協助宣導。
三、申請辦法及方式
(一)由各級學校校長、師長、家長、社會人士或學生自我推 薦。
(二)請郵寄下列資料至本校教導處夢想一百小組憑辦(640 雲 林縣斗六市鎮南路 1110 號「夢想 100 小組」收)
１、填妥推薦表(如附件 1)，推薦表須經申請者之學校校長 核章。
２、中英文自傳格式(如附件 2)、近兩年成績證明、導師推 薦表。
(三)申請時間： 112 年 9 月 25 日至 113 年 5 月 1 日止(郵戳為 憑)。
(四)本校將於 113 年 5 月 23 日前逐批通知筆試及口試。
四、「夢想一百」助學計畫內容詳如附件 3 、「夢想一百」受助 學生就讀大專院校助學計畫內容詳如附件 4 。
