說明：
一、依據教育部 112 年 3 月 29 日臺教綜（二）字第 1120029374A 號函辦理。
二、本案係配合教育部推動海洋教育學習與推廣政策，提升校園海洋教育參與率，同時鼓勵本市師生從事海洋文學創作，深化學童對海洋生態的關心與探索，落實海洋教育向下紮根的基礎，爰辦理旨揭計畫。
三、旨揭實施計畫內容重點摘要如下：
(一)承辦學校：臺南市將軍區漚汪國民小學
(二)作品類型：以「永續海洋」內涵為範圍之新詩
(三)參加對象：本市公私立國中小學生，分成國小中年級組、國小高年級組及國中組。
(四)作品繳交：由各校統一送件，於 112 年 10 月 21 日~31 日（以郵戳為憑）寄送至漚汪國小。
