說明：
壹、實施日期：暫定 112 年 09 月 25 日【星期一】起至 113 年 01 月 05 日【星期五】止。
貳、上課時段：每周一、三、四、五 12:40~16:00 ，國定假日不開班，不獨立報名。
參、收費標準：大約 3000~3500/月，屆時依據學生人數可能有所調整。
肆、開課標準： 15 人成一班，未滿 10 人不開班。
伍、上課方式：以完成回家功課為主，依規定不做學科課業輔導及超前進度之教學活動。
備註：
1.凡報名參加課後照顧班之學生家長，請務必於放學時間，親自到校接送子女回家。
2.調查結束後不論是否成班將另外通知。
