說明：
一、依據 112 年度「國民健康署補助縣市辦理整合性預防及延緩 失能計畫」-子計畫 1 ：高齡友善城市及社區計畫辦理。
二、為了倡導家庭世代同樂，增進祖孫相處時光，本局結合 「祖父母節」辦理「高齡友善祖孫闖關活動」，活動包含 挖寶總動員、記憶力大考驗、營養知多少等關卡。
三、旨揭活動訊息如下：
(一)日期： 112 年 8 月 27 日（星期日）
(二)時間：上午 9:00-12 ： 00
(三)地點：善化區文康育樂中心
(四)參加對象：以家庭為單位，一隊至少 3 人上限 5 人(每一隊 至少 1 位 65 歲以上的長者，且必須包含祖孫 2 人)
(五)報名時間：即日起至 112 年 8 月 18 日(星期五)
