說明：
一、依據本府衛生局 112 年 8 月 7 日南市衛疾字第 1120137139 號函辦理。
二、因應疫情趨緩，各項防治措施陸續鬆綁，經諮詢專家，原「新型冠狀病毒(SARS-CoV-2)篩檢陽性民眾自主健康管理指引」修訂為「新型冠狀病毒(SARS-CoV-2)篩檢陽性民眾自主健康管理建議」，並自 112 年 8 月 15 日起(以篩檢陽性日為準)實施，相關內容修正重點如下：
(一)輕症及無症狀檢驗陽性民眾自主健康管理天數由 10 天調整為 5 天，期間如快篩陰性可提早解除。
(二)配合「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎確診個案處置及解除隔離治療條件」停止適用，調整「適用對象」之文字說明。
三、旨揭修訂事項將更新至「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎工作手冊」並公布於衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網(https://www.cdc.gov.tw 。
