一、依據財團法人育田社會福利慈善基金會 112 年 7 月 26 日育字第 11211016 號函辦理。
二、獎助對象與條件:
(一)申請者的父母或是主要照顧者罹癌，且在 2023 年 1-8 月間須正在接受治療中(包含手術、化療、放射線治療、標靶、免疫藥物治療)及安寧療護，且無自願選擇自費治療行為、商業保險投保者，而導致家中經濟陷入困難。
(二)國小組、國中組，每名新臺幣壹萬元 (每組至多 20 名)
三、申請期間:即日起至 112 年 10 月 15 日止。
四、申請方式：填寫申請表後，連同檢附文件掛號郵寄至 33376 桃園市龜山區文東五街 37 巷 37 號 2 樓 育田基金會，註明申請「獎助學金」
