一、依據國立科學工藝博物館 112 年 7 月 3 日館展字第 1126161663 號函辦理。
二、旨揭教具包括：（ 1 ）登革熱教學投影片可編輯電子檔 1 式；（ 2 ）登革熱知識海報 1 套 8 款；（ 3 ）「滅飛特攻隊」教具組 5 單元；將登革熱等蚊媒傳染病防治知識轉化為趣味遊戲方式呈現，可作為校園登革熱防治教育輔助教材。
三、 112 學年度上學期受理申請時間為即日起至本(112)年 9 月 12 日止，行動教具內容及申請借用辦法如附件。
四、期限內完成申請之學校，將由該館提供寄送之單趟郵資（科工館寄送至學校），送返（學校寄返至科工館）費用則由申請借用單位支應，並請於教具歸還後一週內，提供教具使用紀錄單（本附件於教具借用申請辦法第二頁）。
