四、報名方式 ：即日起至 8 月 4 日（星期五）前，請將活動報名表紙本親自交至麻豆國中教務處、或 傳真至麻豆國中（ FAX ： 06-5726598 ），共計 50 位。將完成報名之先後順序錄取，額滿時會立即公告於麻豆國中全球資訊網。
