二、為培力環境教育人員，了解氣候變遷的影響及公民參與綠能發電的可能，採取工作坊的形式，讓民眾對氣候調適與因應具備基本認知、亦對公民電廠有基本認識，有利於未來進行環境教育推廣運用。
三、 2 場工作坊均已申請環境教育展延時數，鼓勵環境教育人員踴躍參加。
