說明：
一、依據 112 年 5 月 1 日臺教國署學字第 1120055504 號函辦理。
二、旨計畫研習日期、地點如下：
(一)日期： 112 年 7 月 11 日（星期二）、 7 月 12 日（星期三）、 7 月 13 日（星期四）。
(二)地點：劍湖山渡假大飯店（雲林縣古坑鄉永光村大湖口 67 之 8 號）。
三、教師人員請逕至全國教師在職進修資訊網報名，課程代碼 3803068 ，報名期限自 112 年 5 月 8 日（星期一）起至 112 年 6 月 9 日（星期五）下午 5 時截止。（網址： https://www4.inservice.edu.tw/ ）
四、全程參與研習者，核予年度專業進修輔導研習時數 21 小 時。
五、參加人員請核予公（差）假及課務派代，並由各校依規定 核發差旅費。
