說明：
一、為配合垃圾分類及資源回收工作，垃圾排出時應分成「一般垃圾」、「資源回收物」及「廚餘」三大類，本府環境保護局(以下稱該局)將派員至各區清潔隊收運路線、學校或市場等地點進行破袋稽查，並自本(105)年 5 月 1 日起進行告發處分，屆時若未依規定分類一般廢棄物，將依廢棄物清理法第 50 條第 2 款規定，處新臺幣 1,200 元以上 6,000 元以下罰鍰。
二、請加強向師生宣導，落實校園垃圾分類及資源回收工作，有關垃圾強制分類資訊，請至該局垃圾強制分類專區（http://www.tnepb.gov.tw/mode02.asp?m=20160325143507&t=menu）查詢或至本局學輔校安科文件下載下載臺南市加強垃圾強制分類(懶人包)。
