(一)依據「112 年度強化社會安全網第二期計畫-強化精神疾病、自殺防治及藥癮個案管理服務」辦理。
(二)新興毒品種類日益增多，販毒者透過多元社群平台、通訊軟體及網購通路進行販售，為加強宣導毒品危害防制，製作此表說明新興毒品名稱、作用及危害。
(三)請學校協助將「K 他命與新興毒品一覽表」放置於學校網站上，俾利配合宣導。
