三、本案採自由報名及縣市推薦。如需本局推薦者，請詳閱簡章之報名須知，並於 111 年 12 月 12 日前將相關得獎證明文件函報本局，將依來函時間先後序位，推薦參與旨揭選拔賽。
四、有關繳費相關事宜乙節，請依據旨揭簡章（ P5 ）規定辦理，另無論縣市推薦隊伍或自行報名隊伍，所需經費請各校自籌
