二、申請時間:111 年 9 月 1 日起至 111 年 10 月 10 日止。
三、申請方式及對象:
(一)陽光獎助學金
1.一律網路申請。
2.申請對象:
(1)顏面損傷或重大燒傷之社會人士。
(2)顏面損傷或重大燒傷，且目前在學之高中職以上學生(此項適用日、夜間部、補校及在職專班之高中職及大專院校)。
(二)陽光獎
1.採紙本郵寄申請。
2.申請對象:
(1)國小以上在學學生。
(2)學生本人或父母任一位為重大燒傷或顏面損傷者。
(三)萬足燒傷勞工子女-大專生獎助學金
1.採紙本郵寄申請。
2.申請對象:需父母任一方為重大燒傷，且須為勞工身分之在學子女申請。
