2年一度的全國運動會，以亞奧運競賽種類為主軸，為國內規模最大、等級最高的綜合型運動賽會， 112 年 10 月 21 日至 26 日將在臺南市舉辦。
賽會籌備工作從 110 年 3 月起陸續展開，目前已有 14 處運動場館修繕工程積極整備中，也將透過跨局處緊密合作，以最高規格賽會品質及最優質的服務，迎接明年來自 22 個縣市，超過 1 萬名的選手。
