(一)為有效解決防制學生藥物濫用問題，透過「創意圖卡」創作徵選活動，鼓勵學生以特有的聯想、趣味、幽默、啟發、多元的方式，創作具有反毒特色的校園創意圖卡，讓學生對識毒、防毒、拒毒加深印象之效果。藉以引發學生對非法成癮藥物建立正確認知並了解其危害，使學生遠離、拒絕毒品，讓正確拒毒觀念向下扎根。
(二)參賽組分別為國小組(110 學年第 2 學期就讀國小四至六年級學生)、國中組(國中七至九年級)、高中(職)組共 3 組，相關報名訊息請參閱計畫。
(三)如有報名意願者，請於本(111)年 7 月 8 日(星期五)下午 4 時前將參賽作品(每校至多薦送 1 件作品參賽)寄至本局學輔校安科鄭川文科員收，俾利本局先行辦理初評作業。
