說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 110 年 12 月 14 日臺教國署學字第 1100166780 號函辦理。
二、基於人道及家庭團聚考量，對於持我國有效居留證之外來人士（含外國人、臺灣地區無戶籍國民、陸港澳人士等，不含移工及學生）配偶及未成年子女，自即日起得入境，並依入境檢疫規定，隔離檢疫 14 天及自主健康管理 7 天。
三、相關措施如下：
(一)外國人：向外交部申請簽證來臺。
(二)陸港澳人士：向內政部移民署申請入出境許可證來臺。
(三)配合農曆春節前國人返鄉/入境潮之分流措施，請先行完成防疫旅宿預定，於本年 12 月 14 日前入境或延至 111 年 2 月 1 日後始入境，並遵循我國最新邊境檢疫規定（持搭機前 3 日內 PCR 陰性報告，手機完成入境檢疫系統之線上申報等）。
