一、有關公立高級中等以下學校教師得否應邀參與廠商教科用（圖）書、教師用書及教師手冊之編輯工作，「公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則」定有明文，另教育部 106 年 7 月 31 日臺教人（二）字第 1060101200 號書函可資參照，爰針對專任教師部分，重申上開現行法令應為遵循。
二、至兼任行政職務之教師，依司法院大法官釋字第 308 號解釋及公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則第 2 點但書規定，是有公務員服務法之適用；為利學校掌握校內教職員協助出版社教科用（圖）書、教師用書及教師手冊之編輯相關工作等情形，遇上開情事建請向學校報備為宜，以示尊重。
