一、依據本府衛生局110年9月17日南市衛國健字第1100169663號函辦理。
二、本府衛生局為讓學童學習菸品、電子煙所造成之危害，共同支持無菸家庭，辦理「拒絕菸害我最厲害學習單」活動，請鼓勵學童踴躍參加。
三、活動說明如下：
（一）活動期間：即日起至 110年 10月 15 日止。
（二）參與對象：本市國小四、五、六年級學童。
（三）請至 Facebook搜尋「臺南健康情報讚」粉絲專頁，閱讀學習文章後並完成
填寫線上學習單，全答對者即可參加抽獎。
（四）活動結束後抽出得獎者，總計抽出 1TB隨身硬碟（ 20名）、精美禮物（ 10 名）。
（五）得獎者資訊將於 110年 10月 22 日公佈於「臺南市政府衛生局」首頁及 Facebook「臺南健康情報讚」粉絲專頁。
