一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 110 年 8 月 18 日臺教國署高字第 1100105022 號函辦理。
二、旨揭計畫係補助獨自撫養 18 歲以下子女的單親父母就讀大專院校及高中(職)學費、學雜費與學分費，及於修業年限內因上課無法照顧小學階段以下子女或 18 歲以下身心障礙者子女臨時托育費，相關資料業已公告於教育部「圓夢助學網」(網址:https://helpdreams.moe.edu.tw/ ，請公告提醒有需求之學生上網瀏覽，如有相關問題，請逕洽委託辦理單位：財團法人婦女權益促進發展基金會，聯絡人及電話：韓小姐， 02-2321-2100 轉 112 或本案聯絡人陳小姐， 電話： 04-22581393 。
