說明如下：
一、有關教育部自 105年 6 月 1 日起放寬辦理大陸地區以外新住民及其子女(以下簡稱新住民)國外國民中小學學歷採認事宜如下：
(一)校內如遇欲辦理新住民國外國民中小學學歷採認事宜，請申請人持國外中小學學歷證明文件【畢(結)業證書或成績證明】、切結書(含身份證明文件)等，向本局課程發展科申請採認。
(二)前項學歷證明文件得免經駐外館處查驗。受理東南亞地區國家(包含越南、印尼、菲律賓、泰國、馬來西亞、新加坡、汶萊、柬埔寨、寮國、緬甸、東帝汶)共 11 國。
二、檢附新住民國外國中小學歷採認之申請流程表、多國語言流程表及宣傳單各 1份。
