一財團法人公共電視文化事業基金會自製節目【換個爸媽過幾天】（ Dream Family ）是全新自製 的親子實境節目，紀錄一項”換爸媽”社會實驗的過程，冀望透過這項社會實驗希望增進親子双方同理彼此與改善衝突的親子關係。
二、換爸媽這可能是一些孩子的心聲，尤其當親子關係發生緊張關係時，這樣的想法可能會逃竄出來，而爸媽也常常聽到小孩埋怨說別人的爸媽比較好，面對這樣的埋怨，爸媽也很無奈、甚至苦無量法改善，本節目欲進行一次大膽的社會實驗，將換爸媽的心聲轉換成實際行動---讓小朋友短暫離開家，去別人家當小孩，爸媽也暫時脫離跟孩子的緊張關係。我們誠摯邀約 10-18 歲的同學們參與『換爸媽』社會實驗的徵選活動。
