一、依據國立臺中教育大學 105 年 1 月 15 日臺中大學師培字第 1051060039 號函辦理。
二、有關現職國民小學教師，正式教職服務實際授課自然教學時數達每週至少 3 節、年資至少 5 年（含）以上(包含取得合格教師證書後，曾任 3 個月以上國民小學代理、代課或兼任教師之年資)，並取得國民小學教師自然領域學科知能評量精熟證明(3 年有效期限內)者，而欲加註自然專長教師證書教師者，備妥相關資料函送本局申請，經彙整後提報國立臺中教育大學，辦理國民小學教師加註自然專長教師證書相關作業。
