(二)地點：國立嘉義特殊教育學校(嘉義市世賢路二段 123 號)。
(三)參加資格：國民教育階段之特教教師和體育教師。
(四)報名方式：名額有限，請務必於 109 年 8 月 20 日前至全國教師在職進修資訊網輸入課程編號「2863571」完成報名程序。
